There is a conflict that the fake news networks are too afraid to report on and this battle is something that blurs any political lines. This fight is as old as time and it is the war of MAN vs. ROCK, where some fear to tread two men continue to spread the word and Nowhere California was lucky enough to talk with these men for a second time.

At the 2017 Long Beach Comic Expo, the Nowhere California Hack Pack crossed paths with Kevin Bieber and Victor De Troy to discuss the world of MAN vs. Rock, since their last meeting. The conversation runs the range of topics from their new monthly column to MAN vs. ROCK hitting the shelves of your favorite comic book store and anything else that might escape the minds of everyone involved in this interview.

After these conversations, the guys from Nowhere were lucky enough to attend the world premiere of this movie and quickly fell in love with this horror comedy that give a fitting nod to the classic teen comedies of the 1980s

As the convention became a memory and “Getting Schooled” started to be seen by more people, the movie’s exposure and word of mouth started to grow. Now, I am happy to spread the word and give some congratulations, as “Getting Schooled” is now available on multiple video on demand platforms. Once again, I cannot recommend this movie enough and I can give multiple reasons behind the recommendation. “Getting Schooled” has it’s nostalgia factor, but this movie takes that trait and gives it an original spin that gets easily lost in most mainstream movies.

Forget about Batman versus Superman and Captain America versus Iron Man doesn’t hold a candle to a battle that has been fought for centuries. The war of the ages have been fought between the worlds of man versus the brutal beasts we know as ROCKS! During the 2016 Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Convention, the guys from Nowhere had the pleasure to talk with the men behind the insanity known as MAN Vs. ROCK.

Kevin Bieber and Victor De Troy are the creator of this comic book madness, the world of MAN Vs. ROCK is something that has to be seen to be believed and the same can be said about talking to these two men. The Nowhere California team didn’t have a video camera ready, but the audio will allow you to take fun journey.

Nowhere California Gets Animated.. Sort Of.

The Days of the Dead coverage take an animated turn and the guys from Nowhere talk with Angus Oblong.

There might be a rare few that might be clueless on who this man is or it might be the other way around, so here is a quick refresher to jog your memory.

Angus Oblong is a writer and illustrator that entered the published landscape with the book “Creepy Susie and 13 Other Tragic Tales For Troubled Children” This well-written and illustrated book gave the world a look at Angus’ talents. Also, “Creepy Susie..” lead to the animated series known as “The Oblongs”

This animated series transferred characters from the original book to the small screen and brought the world of Angus Oblong to a larger audience, two members of this audience were the guys from Nowhere.

At the 2016 Days of the Dead convention, Phil and Josh took the opportunity to talk with the mind behind these creations..

As with our history, Nowhere California has always enjoyed talking with the creative minds behind great independent project and it was a great pleasure to talk with Dan Mendoza. During our conversation, Dan discusses the evolution of this project and the continued work to spread “Zombie Tramp” to the masses.
