October 20th will mark the end of our Booster.com shirt campaign and we have reached our printing goal. When we launched this project, we were tasked to sell 14 and luckily we hit that number with time to spare. Now, with that said, there is still time and you still have a chance to order a Nowhere California shirt.

The guys here at Nowhere California have launched a new campaign that, at the very least, will get us some awesome shirts made, and at best, we might just earn some money that we can put towards our convention expenses and equipment costs.

We have designed an exclusive “HACK PACK” t-shirt and the short goal is to sell 14 shirts which will get them to print. If we can reach a goal of 50 shirts, then we will actually make some money to put towards expanding our horizons at Nowhere California.

NowhereCalifornia.com Reaches Its First Year..

It started one year ago today, this site was launched and took the concept of Nowhere California to a whole new level.

Nowhere California started in 2011 and it was just another conversation between two friends, but these conversation started taking place in front of a microphone and unleashed on the internet. It was as simple as that, but as Nowhere California evolved, the team grew and new accomplishments were reach.

The episodes started to grow and the team ventured out of the Nowhere city limits, as they dove into the world of conventions and conducting interviews. It was with each accomplishment, the Nowhere California family stuck to their ideals of what they wanted to produce and not to become just another podcast.

It was that mindset that grew into this website and, as we mark our first year on the net, we want to simply say THANK YOU.

Nowhere Toy Archive: “Weird Al” Action Figures…

Nowhere California is diving deep into the abyss of toys and collectibles to bring you the new or the forgotten. In this first installment, we are taking a look at the recent announcement from NECA Toys and their upcoming figures honoring the king of parody music, “Weird Al” Yankovic.

NECA Toys released a preview of one of the figures of the collection. This classic Al figure is patterned towards his earlier days, as you can see with his glasses and short afro, but this edition will come with a more modern look and a second head. The second head depicts the present day Al, with long hair and clean shaven face.

There is no set release date of this figure and the other figures that will make up this collection, so for now we can only expect more eras of Al to be released and the loyal Al fans will be waiting in even worse anticipation.

Mekka Lekka Hi Mekka Hiney Ho! The guys from Nowhere have returned to the convention world and recently had the pleasure of covering the 2015 Stan Lee Comikaze. As with past conventions, this was an amazing experience for the entire Nowhere California team and we can’t wait to share our adventures with you through special editions of “Nowhere California Presents..”

In this first installment from our Comikaze coverage, Phil and Josh talk with the amazing John Paragon. The conversation ranges from his stellar career, inside and outside of Pee Wee’s Playhouse to the rage inducing commercials from the Sonic’s fast food chain.
